They need to manage rental, inventory management and registrations done through the site. Users have to select a monthly membership plan and register to the site. Once his payment is accepted pyasa he can order for DVDs through the site. The registration part is made secure by using https. In order to pay the registration fee online payment [by credit card] is integrated in the site .If the user is not willing to disclose their credit card details through the site they can opt for telephone verification and the concerned person will call him and ask for the card no.

A registered user can browse through DVD categories and select the one which he wants. DVDs are listed based on genre, alphabetical order. Users can directly search a movie by its name. If the selected DVD is out of stock he can add it into his wish list. There are some restriction in the number of DVDs he can take at a same time based on his monthly plan. The user will get an alert if his quota is over. The Site administrator can manage the DVD details. While processing the registration admin can verify the details and activate the user. The orders can be processed one by one manually or all at once. While processing the order the DVDs are allotted in FCFS order. Administrator can download the reports like order details, inventory details in Word or excel format.
