This site is developed for Jairaj projects which is pioneer in builders has over 47 years of experience .Site features a Flash intro at the beginning and inner pages contains details about the projects of Jairaj builders , services provided by them. In the home page and inner pages scrolling news and events and client testimonials are displayed.

Solution:
Home page contains a scrolling image gallery of the projects from Jairaj builders. In the projects page, projects shown in different category as commercial and residential and sub category as ongoing, completed and featured projects .in each subcategory of projects image ,description and and project subcategory as floor plan ,specifications, Image Gallery with srolling thumbnail as large image on click , booking details, working details ,field to add guests comments, etc.. are provided ,online registration facility is available for users .other details such as calculator of different type as loan eligibility ,area conversion, EMI calculator are available . Service page contains details of the services provided by the company and online service enquiry form. Details about vasthu shastra. News letter subscription are also are also provided in the site. Admin can manage the projects details, services; news and events, Newsletter & subscribers and as such all the details that appear in the site can be added dynamically
